Guild Wars 2 - Halloween Event: Act III begins with surprise

The Guild Wars 2 Halloween event "The shadow of the mad king" is already in full swing and is currently in the second of four acts. Those who do not miss a unique and very special surprise would be, this evening by 20 clock (preferably a bit earlier because his) arrive at the lion statue in Lion's Arch.
